1. Had a pleasant dinner with my dad at Ritz, he told me that he and mom dated here before they married.

2. Dad showed me his published letter from the pile of recycled papers he brought home to reuse. It was published in 1990 on an esteemed journal, impact factor 5+.

3. Had great conversations with friends. Times like these just highlight the sheer happiness interrelationships bring.

4. Spent some quiet time at the library, wrote a good chapter of the novel. Glad to have started it again.

5. Reminisced some good times I had with a friend in several different cities and planned out our next.

6. Another day staring out blankly at sulfur creek.
