Considerate of me

Today is one of my low days. I was going through some old facebook messages and found a conversation that took place maybe seven years ago with an old friend, who then considered me a little sister, encouraging me to go abroad, the states or Canada. And it was so honest and considerate of me, just me, that it made me sad how I had neglected my own feelings, dreams, and goals for so long. I really need to just be more mindful of me.
